Built-in high voltage generator in the gun generates 90 k.v., improving transfer efficiency and eliminating heavy cable with no voltage drop.
Superior charging performance through the use of both external and internal Multi Electrodes for consistent powder adhesion.
Voltage is reduced automatically, making it easy to coat edges and corners of any article with precision and uniformity.
All gauges and indicators are located on the front and back of the panel for convenient operation and precise control.
The built-in diagnostic system reduces skill requirements for operation and makes the equipment significantly simpler to maintain.
The 'standard' and 'sudarshan' nozzles are technically designed for the most efficient powder flow and superior finish quality.
The powder pump mounted on top of the hopper ensures smooth, puff-free delivery for consistent and uniform coating results.
Corrosion-free stainless steel hopper and powder coated trolley facilitate quick cleaning and easy colour change operations.
Multi Cyclone recovery system delivers optimum powder recovery of 98%, available in Front cut out, Side cutout, and custom configurations.
